A door, and everything on the other side of it
Derived from the Hindi word किवाड़, meaning door, Kivaara is a hospitality brand that opens doors to meaningful experiences rooted in nature, culture, and community.
We create destinations that go beyond beautiful stays—places where thoughtful design, local stories, authentic experiences, and genuine hospitality come together to celebrate the spirit of a place.
Whether nestled amidst organic farms, forests, mountains, or other remarkable landscapes, every Kivaara destination is designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and rediscover life's forgotten luxuries.

Our Values
What guides every Kivaara decision
Three principles that shape how we design, host and welcome you.
02
Curated Hospitality
Meaningful experiences don't happen by chance. From the spaces we create to the people we partner with, every detail is chosen with intention, ensuring each stay feels seamless, personal, and true to its destination.
03
Soulful Living
We create spaces that invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature, culture, and with yourself. Because the most memorable journeys aren't measured by how much you do, but by how deeply you experience them.
The Founders
Two friends, one belief that travel should return you to yourself
