Kivaara — derived from kiwar, ‘door’ — is a collection of three boutique stays in the Aravali foothills near Alwar, Rajasthan. We started with a simple idea: the best stays don't perform for you. They open up, quietly, and let you fall in.
Each Kivaara home is hand-picked, locally rooted, and built around a feeling rather than a feature list. A mango grove in summer. A forest floor in monsoon. A hill that turns amber at dusk. We pick the season for you, and the rest is for you to discover.
We're a small team. We host as we'd want to be hosted — with care, with restraint, and with the firm belief that the most memorable parts of a trip are the parts no concierge can plan.
